The Construction of Space in Early China by Mark Edward Lewis

Although the book title may suggest the subject matter is of the stars and planets, 'space' in this case is more of the surrounding areas. Regardless of the technicalities of a specific word within the title the book is academic in nature, filled with references to many ancient Chinese texts that the reader can go on to check out and end notes that make up a large sum of the pages of the book. This allows this particular book to be a great start to learn of some of the mythology of China and the ancient texts that should be read.
