Not much is known about Pa Cha, the deity of grasshoppers. Some consider this deity male, others female. Pa Cha, also spelt as Pa Ch’a, is the deity who protects peoples crops against destructive insects. Pa Cha is the deity of crops and abundance, who is depicted with the head and claws of a bird of prey and the ear tufts alike to an owls.
